CTRP provides Cancer Center users with the ability to [add / edit] summary accrual that has been entered for their trials for the participating sites which are part of their center in the Accrual module. The Participating Site Subject Accrual Count page offers a mechanism to make changes to the summary accrual; previously reported accrual numbers that were entered by the user.

This page provides the ability to manage summary accrual data allowing an authorized user to:

  • Add, View, Edit or delete accrual count/cutoff history information.
  • Edit (update and delete) previously entered summary accrual numbers in the Accrual GUI
  • Edit any of the prior summary accrual data via Accrual GUI for each Participating Site that is a part of their Center (i.e. for which they have access) on a Trial.
  • The fields that a user can edit for a participating site include:

1. # of Subjects Enrolled

2. Cut-Off Date

Participating Site Subject Accrual CountDesignated Cancer Center users may view, add, edit or delete an entry. Clicking on an arrow will allow the user to expand the most recent summary record and view the history of updates made to the accrual count/cutoff history records.

The Participating Site Subject Accrual Count page allows the user to perform the following:

  • Add accrual count/cutoff history records
  • View accrual count/cutoff history records
  • Edit accrual count/cutoff history records
  • Delete accrual count/cutoff history records

 

 CTRP also provides the ability to edit the accrual count/cutoff history information.

  • The Update Participating Site Subject Accrual Count screen in Accruals provides the ability to delete existing accrual count/cutoff history records.
  • The Update accrual count web service will create a new accrual count history record every time the web service is called.
  • Populate accrual count/cut-off in the history table for existing accruals.
  • Populate accrual count/cut-off data for existing accruals using the DW “study_site_subject_accrual_count_audit table".
