No. System Administrator in caArray is for the person who is responsible for the effective operation of caArray. It is used exclusively for the user management for all caArray experiments, such as change ownership of an experiment (version 2.2.1). System Administrator can view the titles of datafiles in each experiments, but this account can not view or download any datafile from the experiments.
