The page "Edit Sample Mappings" will appear. In the "data Source" form, click on the "Browse" buttons to select the subject to sample mapping file and the control samples file. In the textbox next to the "Control Sample set Name", type a name, e.g. "Control", as shown in the blue highlight in the picture. Then click on the "Map Samples" button.
