  1. Open a supported browser:
    • Chrome
    • Firefox 

  2. Navigate to the following portal:

    https://fsdmel-modac01t.ncifcrf.gov/ Exit Disclaimer logo

    (TBD: This link will be replaced with the Production link, when the Production tier is available.) The home page appears. 

  3. Make sure your window is wide enough to display the Login option in the header. 
  4. Click Login. The Sign In page appears.
  5. Click Register. The Registration page appears.
  6. Provide information in all of the following required fields:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Institution or organization
    • Email address
    • Password (For guidelines, click the icon next to Password Constraints.)
    • Confirm password
  7. Click Register. The system creates your user account and sends an email confirmation. 
  8. To request permission to upload data, click Contact in the header.
