  1. Open a supported browser:
    • Chrome
    • Firefox 

  2. Navigate to the following portal:

    https://fsdmel-modac01t.ncifcrf.gov/ Exit Disclaimer logo

    (TBD: This link will be replaced with the Production link, when the Production tier is available.) The home page appears. 

  3. Click Login in the header. The Sign In page appears.
  4. Enter the email address and password you specified when you registered.
  5. Click Sign In. The home page reappears with more options.
