The Inferencing - 2021-10-27 page describes how to generate predictions from a model asset collection. When doing so for an MT-CNN model, you can select a GDC manifest file (TXT) or a pathology report (TXT or PDF).
If you want to evaluate the model with an output file, MoDaC accepts CSV files for that purpose.
