Liked (smile)

  • List anything that went well in this sprint including shout out to others that went out of their way to help (add your name after your comment)
  • JBrowse is now working in Dev, QA, & Stage. Big thank you to the team for troubleshooting such a valuable feature for comparative oncology! Kuffel, Gina (NIH/NCI) [C]
  • The continued evolution of the data model explorer, both in terms of its visual presentation and functionality Musk, Philip (NIH/NCI) [C]
  • The newly-implemented modal-based display of controlled vocabularies is a really significant improvement within the model explorer's Table View Musk, Philip (NIH/NCI) [C]
  • Completion of the work around model-derived data loading templates, now inclusive only of relevant mapping columns. The timing of this couldn't really have been any better, because we're about to start working with the PRECINCT program, and the data loading templates combined with the node-specific PDF downloads will enable our PRECINCT POC to provide us with transformed, loader-compliant data files instead of relatively raw data that we have to transform Musk, Philip (NIH/NCI) [C]
