To share data from DME:
- Make sure the recipient has permission to access the data, as described in Managing Permissions - 2023-11-01.
- Copy the path as described in one of the following pages:
- Sharing a URL - 2023-11-01, such as https://hpcdmeweb.nci.nih.gov/collection?action=view&path=/FNL_SF_Archive/PI_Lab_JaneDoe/Project1/Flowcell1&source=browse&init. The recipient can use that URL in any Internet browser.
- Sharing a DME Path - 2023-11-01, such as /FNL_SF_Archive/PI_Lab_JaneDoe/Project1/Flowcell1. The recipient can use that path in the DME Browse page, as described in Browsing for Data via the GUI.
- Send that path to the recipient.
