Business goal: To allow testing conformance of a service implementation to conformance profiles

Actor: Information Technologist and Conformance/Compatibility Reviewer

An information specialist or conformance/compatibility Reviewer would like to test conformance of implementation artifacts (e.g. WSDL) to a conformance profile.
A tool that takes the implementation artifact (e.g. WSDL) and confromance profile of interest as inputs and generates a report on deviations/overlaps.
