Decision Points:

• Mapping requirements need to be written down.  We should consider having additional meetings to determine these requirements.
• We decided the main working group will discuss this issue as part of the overall API discussions.

• Mayo team to suggest updates to the Java8 note in the email.

• NCI team will review the release notes and we will discuss at our next meeting again.  Specifically, we will need to determine what content should be included in this release.
• In the migration notes, we need to be more clear on the following:
  • Users only need to migrate in certain cases.
  • Add back in the objective note.
