To export one or more pages to HTML, follow these steps.

  1. On a page you want to export, click the Browse SpaceAdvanced link on the right.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. In the left sidebar, click HTML Export Space. (If you do not have this link, contact the a Space Administrator).
  4. Click the button for HTML Output.
  5. Clear the checkboxes checkbos for Include comments and Backup Attachments if you do not want to export comments with the pages.
  6. Click the link to Clear All the checkboxes for the pages in the space.
  7. Locate the page or pages you want to export to HTML and click the checkbox next to each wiki main page for a page family you want to export.
  8. At the bottom of the page click the button to Export.
  9. Click the link to Download here.
  10. Click the button to Save to disk.
  11. Find the ZIP file with the export and unzip it.
  12. Save If you are exporting to obtain an HTML version of release notes, save the HTML file with the text of the release notes outside of the folder with the other files exported. This is the plain HTML file to that can be included in the ZIP file for the a release and posted on GForge.
