How do I export to HTML?

To export one or more pages to HTML, follow these steps.

1. On a page you want to export, click the Browse Space link on the right.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. In the left sidebar, click Export Space. (If you do not have this link, contact the Space Administrator).
4. Click the button for HTML Output.
5. Clear the checkboxes for Include comments and Backup Attachments.
6. Click the link to Clear All the checkboxes for the pages in the space.
7. Locate the page or pages you want to export to HTML and click the checkbox next to each page.
8. At the bottom of the page click the button to Export.
9. Click the link to Download here.
10. Click the button to Save to disk.
11. Find the ZIP file with the export and unzip it.
12. Save the HTML file with the text of the release notes outside of the folder with the other files exported. This is the plain HTML file to be included in the ZIP file for the release and posted on GForge.
