Page History

Depending on the permissions allowed for each wiki space, you can export multiple wiki pages, such as an entire page family to HTML. Exporting to HTML assumes that you are importing content into another system.

To export one or more pages to HTML, follow these steps.

1. In the upper leftOn a page you want to export, click the Browse Space link on second button to the right .
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. of the space name.
4. From the Space tools menu, select Content Tools and then the Export tab. The Export Formats page appears. 
5. Select HTML. If In the left sidebar, click Export Space. (If you do not have this link, contact the Space Administrator).
6. Click the button for HTML Output.
7. Clear the checkboxes for Include comments and Backup Attachments.
8. Click the link to Clear All the checkboxes for the pages in the space.
9. Locate the page or pages you want to export to HTML and click the checkbox next to each page.

11. Click Next. The Export HTML Options page appears.
12. Select Custom Export. A panel opens listing all pages in the wiki space to which you have access.
13. If you do not want to export comments with the pages, clear the Include comments checkbox. 
14. Select the checkboxes for the pages you want to export. 
    • To clear all checkboxes, click Deselect All.
    • To select all checkboxes, click Select All.
    • To select or clear all checkboxes for an entire page family, click the checkbox for the parent page.
15. Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click Export. The Exporting Space as PDF - In Progress page appears. When the export completes, "Export complete" appears below the progress barAt the bottom of the page click the button to Export.
16. Click the link to Download here.Click the button to Save to diskdownload the file. Save the file.
17. Find the ZIP file with the export and unzip it.Save the HTML file with the text of the release notes outside of the folder with the other files exported. This is the plain HTML file to be included in the ZIP file for the release and posted on GForge.
