After you perform a search for data (as described in Searching for Data by Keyword or Searching for Data by Attribute), the search results appear. The following two tables describe the actions you can take in the search results.
You can perform the following the actions in the search results without logging in:
To do this ... | Do this ... |

Select the number of items per page | In the items per page box, select a number. The minimum number of items per page is 10 and the maximum is 100. |
View details about an item | In data search results, click the link. The system displays the details page for that data set. For details, refer to Exploring Details of a Data Set. |
Move to the previous page of results | Click Previous. |
Move to the next page of results | Click Next. |
You can perform the following the actions in the search results after logging in, if your user account has the corresponding permission for that data set:
