- Search for the data of interest, as described in Finding Data.
- In the search results, click the link for the data set of interest. The Data Set Details page appears with the following lists:
- A list of attributes and attribute values.
- A list of files.
The following two tables describe the actions you can take in the list of files.
You can perform the following the actions in the list of files without logging in:

| Select the number of items per page | In the items per page box, select a number. The minimum number of items per page is 10 and the maximum is 100. |
| Move to the previous page of results | Click Previous. |
Move to the next page of results | Click Next. |
You can perform the following the actions in the list of files after logging in, if your user account has the corresponding permission for the data set:

| Download an item | In the row for the file of interest, click the download icon. The Download dialog box appears. For details, refer to Downloading Data. |
| Download multiple items | Select the Batch Select checkbox. (To exclude a file from download, click the checkbox for that row.) Click Download Selected. The Download dialog box appears. For details, refer to Downloading Data. |
| Edit an item | In the row for the file of interest, click the edit icon. (Details TBD.) |
| Manage permissions for an item | In the row for the file of interest, click the permission icon. The permissions page for that file appears. For details, refer to (link TBD). |
