After you perform a search for data (as described in Searching for Data by Keyword or Searching for Data by Attribute), the search results appear. The following two tables describe the actions you can take in the search results.
You can perform the following the actions in the search results without logging in:
To do this ... | Do this ... |

Select the number of datasets per page | In the Show ... entries box, select a number. The minimum number of datasets per page is 10 and the maximum is 100. |
View details about a dataset | In data search results, click the link. The system displays the details page for that dataset. For details, refer to Exploring Details of a Dataset. |
View details about a program or study | In data search results, click the link. The system displays the user metadata for that collection. |
Move to the previous page of results | Click Previous. |
Move to the next page of results | Click Next. |
If you uploaded a dataset in the results, or if you belong to an access group associated with a dataset, you can perform the following the actions in the search results after logging in. (For instructions, refer to Logging In.)
