Guest users and super curators can perform the following functions:

Function

Steps

Add items into Guest User Cart (Guest User)

  1. Open "Data Elements - View/Browse", search and select 1 or more CDEs, click hook command "Guest Add to Cart",  type in any cart name, a new cart will be created if there is no user cart with such name yet, CDEs will be saved in the cart.
  2. "Guest Add to Cart" command is also available in Forms to add forms into Guest User Cart.

Browse/View CDE only

  1. Use "Data Elements - View/Browse" to browse/view CDE only
  2. Use "NCI Standard Data Elements" to browse/view CDEs that used by or owned by context "NCI Standards" only

Compare CDE (Guest User)

  1. Open Data Elements - View/Browse > search and select some CDEs > click hook command "Compare CDE"

Compare PV for CDE (Guest User)

  1. Open Data Elements - View/Browse > search and select some CDEs > click hook command "Compare PV"

Conceptual Domains - View/Browse

  1. Open Favorites > Conceptual Domains - View/Browse > Click Apply Filter. Guest user can see all the Released Conceptual Domains.

Forms Browse/View

  1. Guest user can use "Forms" CO to browse/view Form only

Search all Derived CDE in Data Elements - View/Browse

  1. Select child filter "Data Element Details", select "Derived DE?" = "Yes", click Apply Filter to get all Derived CDE.

View all Alternate Name/Def Classifications for one CDE

  1. open Data Elements - View/Browse > Search an CDE > Open CDE Detail page > Click the Alternate Names or Alternate Definitions node > the Alt Name/Def are displayed with Alt Name Classifications or Alt Def Classifications are listed in the same table

View User Cart (Guest User)

  1. Open Favorite > Guest User Cart > Type in the cart name that user has created when saving CDEs/Forms
