Fixed Bugs

This caNanoLab release has fixed edit sample characterization bugs and user interface bugs due to the Angular update. The following table lists and describes additional bug fixes.

Running a few very large searches in a row will exhaust local browser memory. This causes the final search attempt to silently hang.Close all browser tabs and start a new session with caNanoLab.85
Export of a large set of search results can fail due to timeout.Narrow the search.104
Accurately display superscript and subscript.If you paste text into an input field, review it before submitting the text to the system. Make sure the formatting (such as superscript, subscript, bold, and Italics), Greek letters, and other special characters appear as expected. For details, refer to Correcting Special Text298
Saving and submitting very large CSV tables into the database can take as long as several minutes for each step. Currently, caNanoLab Sample Characterization Finding table import supports up to 13,000 cells for a single table. For details, refer to Adding Data Findings to a Characterization.377
