To link to another wiki page, type the name of the page; highlight it; click the link icon in the Rich Text editor, and paste the TIny Link for the page. Here is a link back to the Wiki FAQs and Tips page.
To make a link to another page, you can also paste the Tiny Link, like this: https://gforgewiki.nci.nih.gov/x/CgA1 (It's best to avoid a period after a pasted link.)
