In data search results, click the program or study link. The system displays the user metadata for that collection.

View details about a non-public collection

In data search results, click the program, study, or dataset or asset link. For a program or study, the system displays the user metadata for that collection. For a datasetan asset, the system displays the details page for that datasetasset. For details, refer to Exploring Details of an Asset.

You can view details about a non-public dataset public asset if either of the following are true:

  • You created the collection.
  • You belong to a group that has been given access to the collection.
Download one or more datasetsassets

Select the dataset the asset or datasets assets of interest. Click Download Selected DatasetsAssets. The Download page appears. For details, refer to Downloading Data

Any logged-in user can download a public datasetasset. You can download a non-public dataset public asset if either of the following are true:

  • You created the datasetasset.
  • You belong to a group that has been given access to the datasetasset.
Manage group access for a collection

Next to the collection of interest, click the people icon. The Update Group Access dialog box for that collection appears. For details, refer to Managing Group Access to an Existing Collection.

You can manage group access for a collection in the search results if either of the following are true:

  • You created the collection.
  • You belong to a group that has been given access to the collection.
Edit the metadata or permissions for a collection

Next to the collection of interest, click the edit icon. The user metadata page for that collection appears. For details, refer to the following pages:
